I have a 2001 VW Jetta 1.8T and I am looking to put a boost controller on it. I have seen both manual and electronic. The manual one is simply a fitting with a bleeder screw on the end, the electronic one however allows you to adjust the psi of boost through different gears and such. The manual is about 9$ and the electronic one is about 400 - 500$. What differences in performance will I see with one or the other. Is it worth theextra money?
dont get it… it is fine from the factory, the N75 valve does that for you,or a N75J..you can get a Flash done, apr, giac and valve from audi… that will put you up to 18 psi+/-.. you dont want to boost your factory software past what you have stock… just my thoughts.. unless you are a car smart guy and know when to do what..Usually MBC is for BT applications..
