your probily better off either going to a dealer and getting another key or breaking a window cause i dont think they cover for a lock smith but im not sure.

Just do like the thieves do, hack saw it off with a special carbon fiber blade.

Call a locksmith and get a price, Then compare that to the price of your steering wheel, If a new wheel is cheaper cut through it and slide the club off. Then replace the wheel. They sell a club removal tool but its around 90 dollars The club is easy to pick, you just need to find someone willing.
