My girlfriend just bought an 03 Passat wagon, but it's missing some parts. The roof rack is missing a cap that goes on the end and inside it's missing a cover piece that goes over the console in the rear. Does anyone know if VW sells theses types of parts? Or where could I find them?

you might want to check with a Volkswagen dealership parts department.
or you can check the forums on vwvortex.com. there is a guy who sells parts out of wrecked VWs, his screen name is UndergroundVWParts. ask him if he can sell you the parts you are looking for.
